I can't log in

Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you registered with (Google or email). If you still can't get in, email us at support@uella.net with the address linked to your account.

How do I delete my account?

You have two options: from inside the app or by email. See the Delete my account section below.

My pet is lost — what should I do?

Open your pet's profile in the app and tap Report lost. You can pick a notification radius and exposure time so nearby neighbors get an alert. You can also share the report link on social media or WhatsApp.

How do I share the record with my vet?

Every pet has its own QR code. Your vet can scan it to view the record and, if you grant access, log clinical visits, vaccines, and treatments directly.

Delete my account

You can delete your account and personal data either from inside the app, or by email if you can't sign in.

From the app

  1. Open Uella and sign in.
  2. Go to My account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't sign in, email us at support@uella.net from the address registered to your account. We'll delete your account within 14 days.
